2 Use characteristics
2.1 Rated voltage
The rated voltage U0/U is 12/20 kV and the operating frequency is 50 Hz.
2.2 Laying conditions
2.2.1 The laying environment can include trench, pipe arrangement, trench, bridge and other ways.
2.2.2 The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ºC.
2.3 Operation requirements
2.3.1 The maximum rated operating temperature of cable conductor is 90 ºC.
2.3.2 In case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ºC.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Conductor
3.1.1 The conductor shall be compact round copper core conductor conforming to the second structure in GB/T3956-2008, with the compact coefficient not less than 0.9, and the structure and performance of the conductor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3956-2008.
3.1.2 The conductor surface shall be smooth and clean, free of oil stain, burr and sharp edge that damage the shield and insulation, and protruding or broken single wire.
3.2 Conductor shielding, insulation and insulation shielding
3.2.1 Three-layer co-extrusion process is adopted for conductor shielding, insulation and insulation shielding.
3.2.2 The conductor shield is composed of extruded semi-conductive layer, which is evenly coated on the conductor, and the surface is smooth, without obvious strand embossing, sharp corners, particles, scorch and scratch marks.
3.2.3 XLPE insulation material shall be used for insulation, and its performance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020. The nominal insulation thickness shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020. The thinnest point of the insulation thickness shall not be less than 90% - 0.1mm of the nominal value, and the eccentricity of the insulation layer shall not be more than 15%.
3.2.4 The insulation shield is an extruded peelable cross-linked semi-conducting layer. The semi-conducting layer is evenly wrapped on the insulation surface without sharp corners, particles, scorch and scratches.
3.2.5 There is a phase color (yellow, green, red) marking belt along the longitudinal direction of the cable core between the insulation shield and the metal shield of the three-core cable, and its width is not less than 2mm. The identification mark of insulated wire core shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6995.5-2008.
3.3 Metal shielding
3.3.1 The metal shield is composed of overlapping wrapped soft copper strips, and the copper strips are connected by electric welding. The nominal thickness of copper strip of single-core cable is 0.12mm, and that of three-core cable is 0.1mm.
3.3.2 The copper tape shall be wrapped round and smooth, and the three-core copper shielding layer shall be in good contact after the three-core cable insulation core is completed.
3.4 Cable core, inner liner and filler
3.4.1 The core gap of the three-core cable shall be filled with non-hygroscopic materials after cabling, and the filling shall be tight. The three-core cable shall be round after cabling.
3.4.2 The insulation sleeve of armored cable shall be extruded insulation sleeve, and the insulation sleeve material shall be PVC sheath material, and its thickness shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020.
3.5 Armor (if applicable)
3.5.1 Single-core cable is armored with non-magnetic stainless steel tape; Three-core cable is armored with galvanized steel strip.
3.5.2 The steel belt shall be wrapped with double-layer spiral gap, which shall be flat and smooth, and the gap shall not exceed 50% of the belt width.
3.5.3 The specification of steel strip for armored cable shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020.
3.6 Outer sheath
3.6.1 The outer sheath of the cable shall be evenly extruded on the armor layer, with flat surface and uniform color.
3.6.2 The nominal thickness of the sheath shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020. The minimum thickness of any part of the sheath shall not be less than 80% - 0.2mm of the nominal value. The sheath performance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020.
4 Finished cable
4.1 The main electrical properties of the finished cable comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2.
4.2 The physical and mechanical properties of the insulation and sheath of the finished cable comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2.
4.3 The outer sheath surface of the finished cable is continuously printed with the manufacturer's name, product model, rated voltage, size and other marks, which are clear and abrasion-resistant.
5 The items, methods and requirements of type test, sampling test and routine test of test cable shall comply with relevant provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020, etc.
5.1 Routine test
Routine test shall be conducted on the manufacturing length of each cable, and the routine test items are as follows:

5.2 Sampling test

5.3 The content and method of cable type test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12706.2-2020.
6 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The cables shall be properly packed and delivered on the cable reel meeting the requirements of JB/T8137-2013. The cable end shall be reliably sealed, and the cable end extending out of the panel shall be provided with a protective cover, and the extended length shall not be less than 300mm.
6.2 Each reel of cable is attached with product quality inspection certificate, and the cable reel is marked with:
A. Manufacturer's name or trademark;
B. Cable model and specification;
C. Length, m;
D. Gross weight, kg;
E. Manufacturing date:;
F. Symbol indicating the correct rolling direction of cable reel;
G. Standard number.
6.3 Transportation and storage shall meet the following requirements:
A. Cables shall not be stored in the open air, and the cable reel shall not be laid flat
B. It is forbidden to drop the cable reel with cables from a high place during transportation, and it is forbidden to damage the cables mechanically;
C. When lifting packages, it is forbidden to lift several plates at the same time. On vehicles, ships and other means of transportation, the cable reel must be placed stably and fixed with appropriate methods to prevent collision or overturning.
