Product Description

1.1 Summary
Substation, the important AC equipment in Power plants such as machine background, RTU, transmitters, communications equipment, lighting, and other incidents generally  supply by the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) .However, the general UPS equipment price high , large maintenance , higher failure. Therefore, the electric UPS advantages as following : which can apply with power substations, power plants operating in the DC Power System,and direct use he long-life, high-capacity battery,of DC power operation system, reduce costs, system maintenance, operating costs.
The product is single-phase input / single-phase output high-quality uninterruptible power supply. That use advanced SPWM technology, the main circuit use Japan's Mitsubishi IGBT module, and the driver protection use Japan's Mitsubishi thick film circuit , has high reliability, full protection, low waveform distortion .
electric supply UPS is specially designed for power plant , transformer station, with online ,zero delay switch protection ,mainly used in the fields of high demand to load such as electric telemechanism , RTU ,DCS system, electric carrier wave ,monitor etc .
1.2 Main Features
The BUD series of online UPS for the three-way input: the first way is AC220V/50Hz, the second way is DC 220V and the third way is bypass input AC220V/50Hz.,The output AC 220 V/50Hz.which.compared to the normal UPS, it has advantages as following :                

1. It will not generate a large electromagnetic interference and has minimal impact to the DC bus because there is a anti-noise suppressor at the DC input.
2. The DC power input of the UPS fitted with anti-anti-blocking diode, So the internaDC operation system work even more safe and stable
3. It can effective inhibition of the inrush current, longer battery life for the Buffer with DC circuit design
4. There is a isolation transformer installed in the exchange of power input. So it can meet the DC operation of DC power system on the bus insulation requirements.
5. DC screen commonly used valve-sealed battery, which long-life, and therefore use DC power inverter power source, reliability and long-life ; the capacity of DC battery screen is larger, using inverter power supply, after the utility can supply  AC for a longer time.

2: the system of working principle
When the utility power normal ,isolate the monophase AC of 220V (triphase 380V ),supply the power for the inverter by rectifier filter, if the Ac input cut off ,the DC screen of provided for  itself of the electric system supply power for the inverter through against converse diode ,Supply the power supply for the mainly load by output isolation , if the DC screen cut off, still have the AC input power supply ,if the inverter over load or fault ,have the static switching change into bypass power supply .

Manual maintenance the bypass operation: When the main circuit out of order or require maintenance, the manual bypass switch run, the running mode: preparing  electricity →load.
